Our NASAR Wilderness First Responder Hybrid course combines the flexibility of online learning with the hands-on experience of in-person training, offering participants the opportunity to earn their Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification through a blend of online modules and in-person practical sessions. This comprehensive 80-hour course exceeds industry standards and covers advanced topics in wilderness medicine, patient assessment, trauma and medical management, environmental considerations, and emergency evacuation procedures. Through interactive online modules, self-paced learning, and immersive in-person practical sessions, participants will develop the skills and confidence needed to provide advanced medical care in remote and wilderness settings.
